Mobile app: Software and hardware requirements
To ensure a higher quality of web videoconferencing, please make sure that the user device meets the following hardware and software requirements. A failure to meet these requirements may affect voice and video quality or result in the inability to establish a connection. Requirements for an Android device: Android OS version: 5.1+. Minimal device memory: 2GB. Minimal CPU frequency: 1 GHz. Internet or LAN access to the VideoMost server. To log in to the VideoMost system in your mobile device, do the following: Open the VideoMost mobile app. The application initial window opens: To log in (sign in) to the VideoMost system, click the Sign in button. To invite participants to a meeting the owner needs to send them either the meeting join link (e.g. https://videomost.example.com/service/join/?confid=541405&confpass=7253); or the meeting ID and the password (e.g. meeting ID: 541405; password: 7253).
